Submission & Payment

  1. A company or an organization fills the Paper Registration Form and pays Submission Fee for each paper submitted to the Conference.
  2. The paper is submitted within the given period of time.
  3. There is no refund for a delay in paper submission or cancellation.
  4. The paper will be reviewed and an announcement is made of the papers eligible for presentation in the Breakout Sessions.
  5. Maximum two weeks after the announcement, a company or an organization pays the Participant Fee for each person who is selected to present the paper.

Important dates:

  • Jun 15 – Oct 16, 2015: Paper registration & pay paper registration fee, paper submission
  • Oct 17 – Nov 5, 2015: Paper review
  • Nov 6, 2015: Announcement of Selected Papers
  • Nov 6 – 16, 2015: Pay participant fee
  • Nov 26, 2015: Presentation at the Conference
  • Nov 6 – Jan 5, 2015: Paper revision and submission
  • Feb, 2016: Book compilation and publication

    • Participants from Indonesia Rp600.000,- / person

* Including the Conference entry ticket for 2 days

There is no refund for inability to pay participant fee or submit paper revisions within the given period of time.
